Good sleep is crucial for good health. Irrespective of where we live and what level of life we live; sleep plays a crucial role in defining, and maintaining our good health. Often, in rush of life, we forget the importance of sleep, and overtime develop irregular sleep patterns. When this happens it begins to deteriorate our mental and physical health. “Do I look sick”, asked Richard to Bob. “No, you don’t. You seem quite ok to me, if not perfect”, replied Bob. “My mind seems to be playing tricks on me. After 3 weeks Bob and Richard meet again. “You look pumped man, I mean really pumped up,” said Bob. “It seems I am back on track,” replied Richard. “Really, what made you taste the change? Weren’t you struggling my friend,” asked Bob. “Well, it was not intended. One day I was reading an interview of Dalai Lama. While going through that interview I came across his routine of going early to bed and then waking up early. I tried the same routine for myself and all of a sudden my life changed utterly. I now wake up quite early, exercise, finish up my pending work on computer and even prepare the breakfast. Interestingly, sometimes when I get up I find no one except for the moon. So, I have developed a habit to greet the moon by saying Good Morning to it,” replied Richard excitingly.
“You do sure sound like a Lama and you say good morning to the moon….; can you still order Beer,” remarked Bob. “Sure, Beer for two,” Richard made the order with a smile.
